The BCMC hike located beside the grouse grind was the perfect opportunity for students to step outside their comfort zone, fill their lungs with fresh, peaceful air, and interact closely with friends. A relatively small group went on the hike, making it an intimate experience for students to connect closely with their peers. It was an encouraging experience with a great group lead by Kirsten, one of our Board and Committee members. The hike was gorgeous, and once the students hit the top, they enjoyed a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and city. The group dined on pizza at the top before riding the gondola back down to the car, where as a group they carpooled home. The hike was a great team-building activity that brought the students closer together, in a happy, healthy, and positive environment!
